The Reel Editor processes your footage, audio, frames and transcripts only on your own computer. We never receive, upload or store them.
You edit by talking to Claude in your own Claude account. To make editing decisions, Claude reads the text of your transcript and the editor's text output (and, only if you allow it, still frames). That happens in your Claude account under Anthropic's terms and privacy policy, not through us. We don't see your conversations.
When you buy: your name, email address and phone number (from the payment page) and the payment ID, to send your licence key and support you. When you activate: your licence key and a one-way hashed identifier of your computer, to limit the licence to one computer. When checking for updates, the software downloads public files from yellowworkshops.com (served through Cloudflare and GitHub); like any download, these requests carry your IP address, and nothing about you or your videos. We do not collect anything else from the software.
Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (our website and licence server), GitHub (hosting the public download files) and Resend (the licence email). Each processes only what is needed for its job.
For as long as your licence exists, and as required by tax law for invoices.
