The Reel Editor is a digital product. Your licence key and the setup steps are emailed to you immediately after a successful payment. You add the Reel Editor to Claude by uploading one small file (Customize › Plugins), and Claude sets up your computer by itself (10–20 minutes, once). Nothing is shipped physically.
If the Reel Editor doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it, write to support@yellowworkshops.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. A refunded licence key stops working on new computers.
The Reel Editor needs a paid Claude plan (Pro or Max) and a supported computer (Windows 10/11 64-bit, or macOS 12 or newer). Please check both before buying. If you bought by mistake without a paid Claude plan and haven't activated your key, write to us within 7 days and we'll refund you.
